It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Glen Frailey, a devoted husband, father, grandfather and cherished member of Redemption City Church. Born on March 10, 1948, Glen was a man of deep faith and unwavering love for his family. He was a dedicated Christian who lived his life with integrity, kindness, and compassion. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, guiding him through every challenge and triumph.
Glen was a beloved teacher who made a significant impact as an educator with FWISD and a Sunday School teacher at church. His wisdom, patience, and passion for education were matched by his genuine love and care for those around him. His kindness and unwavering support left a lasting impression on everyone he met, creating a legacy of love and compassion.
In addition to his teaching career, Glen was a master carpenter. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were reflected in the beautiful work he created. He took great pride in his work, always striving for excellence in every project he undertook.
Outside of his professional life, Glen found joy on the golf course with friends and family, enjoying the camaraderie and challenge of the game.
Glen is survived by his loving wife, Cindy. His children, Jill and Corey Barfield, Steven and Andrea Frailey, and his grandchildren, Jaden Barfield, Caleb Barfield, Annabella Frailey, Chloe Barfield, Michael Frailey, Amelia Frailey and Adeline Frailey. He also leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and dedication that will continue to inspire all who knew him.
A memorial service to celebrate Glen's life will be held on February 15, 2025 at Redemption City Church, 7350 Granbury Road, Fort Worth, TX 76123.
Glen will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
