With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kasa Pulu Taufa, who went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2024, in Texas at the age of 70. Born on April 14, 1954, in Tonga, Kasa was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She was married for 47 years to her devoted husband, Mafileo Taufa, and together they raised eight children: Kaumavae (Ana), Pulu (Seini), Tapa, Salesi (Melenaite), Mafileo Jr. (Katalina), and Mele (soon to be married to Greg). Kasa was a proud grandmother of 25, whose love and wisdom touched the hearts of all who knew her.

A woman of strong faith, Kasa lived her life devoted to God and her family. She is also survived by her loving siblings: Sifoni Tooa, Taufa Anau, Salote Tenifa, Olivia Morgan, Michael Tooa, Maria Tenifa, Siaosi Mailangi, and Kesaia Mahe.
