Marie Elizabeth Sullivan Clark, age 86, passed from this life into the presence of God on Sunday morning, December 8, 2024 after a short illness . She was born to Kate & Zeph Sullivan on June 11, 1938 in Bluff Dale, Texas and grew up surrounded by love and extended family. She graduated from Lipan High School and in 1956 she married her High School Sweetheart, Bill Clark. They moved to Fort Worth and later began a family.

Marie was a charter member of the West Freeway Church of Christ where both she and her husband were active members. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, camping, traveling and bird watching. . In the 70's & early 80's Marie worked for Kmart in the Camera Department. She was a Bible School teacher, Infant Nursery Worker and greatly enjoyed her time as a Hill Top School teacher.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Kate & Zeph Sullivan; her husband, Bill Clark, her brother, Charles Sullivan and nephew, Scott Sullivan.

The family would like to thank the staff at Holland Lake Wellness Center and Valor Hospice for their dedicated care to their mother these last few months.

She is survived by her children: daughter, Kym & her husband, Brent Wood; daughter, Denise & her husband, Al Richard; son, Will Clark & his wife, Heather. Grandchildren include Brennen Wood, Billy Wood, Diana DiMateo, Whitney Trayler, Kyle Clark, Jarrod Clark, Samantha Augustine and Trevor Clark. Great-grandchildren are Alexi Wood, Jef Wood, Grayson Trayler, Victor Wood, Logan Wood, Cadence Wood, Liam Augustine, Eva Marie Augustine, Falon Clark, Seth Harvey, Gwendolyn Augustine, Lillian Trayler & Joel Clark. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
